At Floating Market Bangkok, operated by DMR Corporation Co., LTD., we strive to offer a seamless booking experience with a clear and transparent cancellation and refund policy. Please carefully review the following guidelines before making a reservation.
1. Cancellation Policy
🔹 Advance Notice: To be eligible for a refund, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit. Requests made after this period will not be refunded.
🔹 Same-Day Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows, regardless of the reason.
🔹 Request Procedure: To cancel your booking, submit a written request via email to [email protected] with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
✅ Full Refunds: Bookings canceled at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
🔹 Partial Refunds: Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled visit may receive a partial refund, subject to administrative and processing fees.
❌ No Refunds for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Process
🔹 Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
🔹 Payment Gateway Fees: Any charges incurred by third-party payment gateways during the booking process may not be refunded.
4. Modifications to Booking
🔹 Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your visit, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. While we will try to accommodate your request, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
🔹 Date Changes: Any date change requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges may apply depending on the timing and availability.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
🔹 Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, DMR Corporation Co., LTD. will work with you to either reschedule your visit or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
🔹 Health Emergencies: If you or a member of your group is unable to attend due to illness or injury, please notify us as soon as possible. We may offer a reschedule or refund, subject to valid documentation.
